Map and data accuracy disclaimer

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Natcycle provides waste-related mapping information to help users locate waste facilities, recycling points, collection services, and other relevant resources.

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and up-to-date information, Natcycle does not guarantee that any map, location, listing, route, operating hour, contact detail, service description, accepted-material list, or other information is accurate, complete, current, or available.

Information May Change

Waste facilities, recycling locations, collection points, and service providers may change their operating hours, addresses, availability, fees, access requirements, and accepted materials without notifying Natcycle. A location displayed on the map may have moved, closed, temporarily suspended service, or changed the types of waste it accepts.

Users should confirm important details directly with the relevant facility or service provider before visiting a location, transporting waste, or relying on information displayed by Natcycle.

Map Locations and Directions

Map markers, boundaries, distances, directions, and estimated travel times are approximate. They may be affected by inaccurate source data, road changes, closures, traffic conditions, GPS limitations, or technical errors.

Always follow road signs, access restrictions, safety instructions, and applicable laws. Natcycle should not be used as the sole source of navigation information.

Data Sources and Verification

Natcycle compiles and maps information obtained from third-party sources, which may include publicly available websites, online directories, spreadsheets, government records, waste operators, mapping providers, and other data sources.

While Natcycle may review and organize this information before displaying it, we do not control the original sources and cannot guarantee that the information they publish is accurate, complete, or current. Source information may change without notice, and updates may not immediately appear on Natcycle.

Errors may also occur while information is collected, interpreted, transferred, categorized, or mapped. Users should confirm important details—including a facility’s location, operating hours, access requirements, fees, services, and accepted materials—directly with the relevant facility or service provider before relying on them.

Waste Handling and Disposal

Users are responsible for confirming that a facility accepts the specific waste they intend to deliver. Hazardous, restricted, commercial, medical, electronic, and other regulated waste may require special handling or authorization.

Information provided by Natcycle does not replace instructions from local authorities, waste operators, or qualified professionals. Users must comply with all applicable waste-management, transportation, environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Service Availability

Natcycle does not guarantee that any listed facility or service will be open, accessible, free of charge, or able to accept a user’s waste. Inclusion on Natcycle does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any facility, operator, or service.

Limitation of Reliance

You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natcycle is not responsible for losses, delays, costs, injuries, improper disposal, unsuccessful journeys, or other consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable information.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
